Zdenko, a Slovakian architect, contacted us while visiting Canada with a job offer from a local architectural firm. We successfully secured a complex work permit for him under the CETA (Canada-European Trade Agreement) program, allowing him to join the firm as an architectural technologist without needing a Labour Market Impact Assessment. Additionally, we navigated the complexities of obtaining a BC PNP nomination and applied for permanent residence for his family, who were residing in China. We facilitated an open work permit for his wife and study permits for their children. Despite the challenges, Zdenko and his family are now permanent residents of Canada, enjoying their new life together.
