We successfully secured an LMIA-based work permit for Fernanda, a Mexican national, to work as a cook at a busy and popular Mexican eatery in Vancouver. With a strong culinary background, Fernanda’s work permit was facilitated and issued at the port of entry. We collaborated with her employer to obtain a Labour Market Impact Assessment for her position. Fernanda is now enjoying a wonderful experience working in Vancouver.
